Phoenix Series 2 85UV & 85IR Flame Scanners
The Fireye Phoenix Series 2 85UVF/IRF flame scanners are advanced, microprocessor-based devices featuring solid-state ultraviolet (UV) or infrared (IR) sensors for precise and reliable flame detection. Engineered for high performance, these scanners include an internal flame relay with auto-adjusting ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the need for external flame amplifiers or switches.
InSight II 95DSS3 UV & IR Flame Scanner
The Fireye InSight II flame scanners incorporate two internal flame relays with adjustable ON/OFF thresholds and two 4-20 mA analog outputs, thereby eliminating the need for a remote flame amplifier.
IRFK Fiber Optic 48PT2 Series IR Flame Scanner Bundle
The Fireye IRFK fiber optic bundle has been designed for installation on burners where diffusers, sight pipe alignment, or burner apparatus would obscure the target flame away from the line of sight of a conventional surface mounted scanner. In burner boiler applications, where it is undesirable to mount the scanner in the blast tube, the 48PT2-100X scanner can be extended external to the burner. To avoid mechanical damage, care must be used during the handling of the fiber optic bundle and during assembly installation. Refer to manual CU-IRFK for more information.
InSight Series 4 95S4UV & 95IRS4 Flame Scanner
The Fireye InSight® Series 4 flame scanners, including models 95UVS4 and 95IRS4, are advanced, fully microprocessor-based devices featuring solid-state ultraviolet (UV) or infrared (IR) sensors. These integrated flame scanners eliminate the need for separate amplifiers or flame switch modules, offering streamlined installation and enhanced functionality.
InSight 95DSS2 UV & IR Flame Scanners
The Fireye InSight Type 95DSS2 flame scanners incorporate an internal flame relay with adjustable ON/OFF thresholds, thereby eliminating the need for a remote flame amplifier. All Fireye inSight scanner models are powered by 24 Vdc, have either a twelve-pin electrical quick disconnect or 10 ft. cable (“CG” models), and contain electronic self-checking (no mechanical shutter required). The scanners contain an eight-character alpha-numeric LED display and a four push-button keypad to enable the user to view operating parameters and select setpoints.
48PT2 Series IR Flame Scanners
It is designed for use on D-Series, FlameMonitor, FlameWorx, MicroM and Burnerlogix controls. The mounting collar is 1/2″ NPT with straight or 90 mounts. Available with 4 ft (121.9m) or 8 ft (243.8m) flexible conduit. Replaceable 4-263-1 sensor cell.
