Fireye Flame Signal Amplifiers
Fireye flame signal amplifiers are specialized plug‑in modules designed to work with Fireye burner management and flame safeguard systems, providing reliable detection of flame presence or absence in industrial and commercial combustion applications. These amplifiers support a wide range of flame‑scanning technologies, such as ultraviolet, infrared, self‑check UV, cadmium sulfide, and flame rod detection, and their specific performance characteristics, including Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT), depend on the selected model. Many units, such as the Solid State Series D and MicroM amplifier modules, offer built‑in test jacks for monitoring flame signal strength (0–10 VDC), adjustable thresholds, and compatibility with corresponding Fireye scanners to ensure safe and stable burner operation.
